For Chairman and Vice Chairman to sign a Declaration of Acceptance of Office.

5. Minutes of AGM 7 May 2025

To accept the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 7 May 2025

6. Appointment of Members to Serve on Outside Bodies

To appoint members of the Council to serve on the following outside bodies:

  • Silecroft Education Committee
  • Village Hall Committee
  • CGP Trust Fund
  • Community Planning Committee/ Parish Action Plan Steering Committee
  • South Copeland Partnership
  • South Copeland GDF Community Partnership

7. General Power of Competence

To reaffirm that the Parish Council meets the conditions under section 8(2) of the Localism Act 2011 and The Parish Councils (General Power of Competence) (Prescribed Conditions) Order 2012 and therefore may act under the General Power of Competence.

There being no other business the normal meeting will commence
