to elect a Clerk for the forthcoming year

2. Minutes

to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 26 April 2025

3. Chairman’s Report

the chairman will give a report on the work of the Parish Council over the past 12 months

4. Millom Town Deal

Speaker: David Savage – Chair of Millom Town Deal

An opportunity to listen and ask questions and learn more about the progress on the Millom Town Deal..

5. Open Discussion

time will be given to have an open discussion if required and to answer any questions concerning Council business from parishioners present.

Anyone recording or filming the meeting must declare so prior to the meeting commences to allow any persons present to move away from the area being filmed. Any recording/film must not be edited if reproduced.

• Anyone deemed to being disruptive and not allowing others to speak freely will be asked to leave the meeting.
• Non residents of Whicham Parish may attend but are not allowed to speak, be involved in the discussion or vote. Any person breaking this rule will be asked to leave the meeting.
