27/21 To discuss the renewal of the Land License between Whicham Parish Council and Black Combe (Whicham) CIC.
The license agreement was due to expire on 21 June 2021
It was noted that as per the planning conditions that the planning consent for the Pop-up café expired on 29 June 2021
After discussion the council were of the opinion that the pop-up cafe had proved its function for the establishment of a permanent café. That the proposed new start date for the build during the busy summer months would impact on the usability of the car park and the removal of the pop-up café would reduce congestion around the build site.
The council resolved that the license did not require to be considered for renewal. That the current expiry date of the license and the planning consent still stands and both cabins should be removed by 29 June 2021 as per the conditions of the planning consent.
Proposed by Cllr Rand, Seconded by Cllr Fell
All councillors present were in agreement.

28/21 Action
The Clerk to inform the Chair of the CIC of the resolution of this council via email on Thursday 20 May 2021 and ask that compliance with the conditions of the Land License agreement and the planning application 7/2018/4041 be met.
