1. APOLOGIES – to receive apologies for absence

2. Exclusion of Press and Public (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)
To consider whether there are any agenda items during consideration of which the press
and public should be excluded.”

3. DECLARATION OF INTEREST:
To receive declarations, by elected and co-opted members, of interests in respect of items
on this agenda.

4. MINUTES of the Parish Council Meeting held on 5th October 2016
To authorise the Chairman to sign, as a correct record, the minutes of the Meeting held on
2nd November 2016 (previously circulated).

10. FINANCIAL RECORDS

10.1 To approve the following payments:
Clerks Salary and expenses £418.98
HMRC £ 83.60

10.2 To note the receipt of payments
CGP Grant towards benches £300.00

10.3 To receive and note the bank reconciliation statement of 18 November 2016

10.4 To consider the Budget Comparison Report as at 30 November 2016 and determine
action need to address deviations from the budget.
