1. Criteria for café operator
Mr Barker had previously distributed a draft document to form part of the
tendering process. Some issues were raised within the document that required
clarification and Mr Barker to respond to.
2. Tendering process for café operator
Mr Barker took the council through the tendering process and agreed to circulate
information as to accessing the information once published
3. Equipment for cafe
Resolved to seek funding to equip the café kitchen out
Proposed Cllr Cumming, Seconded Cllr Wilson
Internal wooden tables for inside
External – tables/benches made of recycled materials or slate topped tables.
