72/23 The following items pertaining to the operation of the new café were discussed, to be progressed with Cumberland Council
72/23.1. Cleaning/maintenance costs for toilets and changing places facility
Resolved in principal that WPC would take responsibility for the cleaning costs of external toilet and changing places facility. Proposal to be put to Cumberland Council
72/23.2. Ground lease/licence rent including opening hours and conditions of trading.
Resolved that Cumberland Council be approached to form a management committee with WPC re operation of café.
Resolved that WPC be involved in the selection process for an Operator
Proposed rent to be put forward to Cumberland Council
Conditions of lease/licence to be put to Cumberland Council for discussion.

Resolved that easements would be included in licence/lease agreement
