46/21 To discuss and approve the replacement contracts for Silecroft beach front:
46/21.1 Ice Cream tender
2 tenders had been received. It was resolved to offer the contract to a local company that made their own ice cream subject to them being able to provide additional information regarding drinks. A request to be able to connect to the electricity supply would be investigated.
46/21.2 Disabled toilet
It was resolved that a portable disabled toilet would be hired for the summer and reviewed at the end of September 2021. A base to be prepared.
47/21 DATE OF NEXT MEETING – to confirm the next meeting will be Wednesday 14th July 2021 commencing at 7.30pm in Kirksanton Village Hall.
